Those of you who follow this blog regularly know that I love water. It is so plentiful here in Oregon in its myriad forms, and I am drawn to it, both for quiet, contemplative moments and as a subject for photography. I love its reflective and refractive qualities, its motion, its stillness, its seemingly contradictory gentleness and strength.
In this blog, you will find not only an exploration of all that is good in our knitterly lives, but also a variety of posts tying together my passions for writing, photography, and my home state of Oregon.

Beautiful photos! It is sometimes really hard to capture water on the rocks like this! 🙂
Thank you so much, Elizabeth! The light was just right that day! 🙂
